What is the Meroddi airport transfer?

The Meroddi airport transfer is a private meet-and-greet service between Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) and the Meroddi hotels, in a vehicle reserved only for you. You can request it from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the airport, or as a round trip. The service covers every Meroddi hotel in Galata, Beyoğlu and Piyalepaşa; simply pick your hotel from the list in the form.

How do I request a transfer?

In the form above, enter the transfer direction, the airport, your hotel, your flight number, the date and the time; then add the number of passengers and large suitcases plus your contact details, and send the request. Your request is saved as a single reservation and you receive a reservation number. The meeting point and greeting details are shared via WhatsApp; flight delays are tracked and the pick-up time is adjusted accordingly. If anything changes, message us on WhatsApp with your reservation number.

Can I send a request shortly before my flight?

Yes. Requests with less than 24 hours' notice can only be arranged if the team confirms vehicle availability; the confirmation is sent via WhatsApp.

Enter the number of passengers and the number of large suitcases in the form; do not count hand luggage. The team plans vehicle capacity and allocation from this information.
